What is the purpose of the Mootsh Box?
The Mootsh Box is a custom-made storage system that was crafted precisely to organize and preserve your monthly photos. It is the perfect size and shape to hold up to 20 of your Mootsh Sleeves and easily see the date of each sleeve.
What is the size of the Mootsh Box?
The Mootsh Box is 8 inches high, 6 inches wide, and 4 inches deep. It was specifically designed to hold your Mootsh Sleeves.
How many Mootsh sleeves does the Mootsh Box hold?
The Mootsh Box can comfortably hold 20 Mootsh Sleeves (containing up to twenty photos each). We recommend not overfilling your box to avoid damaging your prints.
Does the Mootsh Box come with photo photo prints?
No, the Mootsh Box doesn’t come with photo prints. But it is specifically designed to hold your Mootsh sleeves and keep your photos protected and organized.

What materials is the Mootsh Box made of?
The Mootsh Box is crafted from durable kraft board and recycled archival paper wrap. It is made of 100% compostable materials.
Can I write on my Mootsh Box?
Absolutely. There is a designated space on the lid of the Box to add a written title or your own label.
Can I gift a Mootsh Box?
Yes, just make sure to type in your gift recipient’s mailing address at checkout and add a gift note. It will be printed and sent along with the Mootsh Box to your gift recipient.
Can I purchase a Mootsh Box along with a membership or a gift membership?
At this time, you must purchase a Mootsh Box in a separate order from a membership. This Box is especially made for members and their monthly printed photos and enhances the Mootsh membership experience, so we hope to be able to offer both in the same order soon!

Can I buy multiple Boxes at the same time?
Since we are producing these boxes in small batches, we are currently limiting orders to one box. However, if you need more, or want to gift one, you can simply start another order.
Where is the Mootsh Box manufactured?
Mootsh Boxes are manufactured in Rhode Island, US, by an FSC certified, third-generation family owned and operated box manufacturer.

How many pictures can I take with one camera?
Our camera comes with 27 exposures.
Do these cameras come with a flash?
Our cameras come equipped with a built-in flash. We recommend using it when taking photos indoor.
How does the camera work in low-light settings?
The camera includes a flash, making it suitable for low-light settings.
What are the dimensions and weight of the camera?
The camera is compact and lightweight, measuring 4.5 inches in length, 1.25 inches in width, and 2.5 inches in height, and weighs 0.24 lbs.
How long does the camera's battery last?
The built-in battery is designed to last through the entire roll of film, plus additional usage for the flash. It's always recommended to use the camera soon after purchase to ensure optimal battery performance.
Is the camera recyclable?
The camera is recycled in the US, with most of its parts being repurposed.
Can I use the camera for indoor and outdoor shots?
Absolutely! For best results indoors or in low light, use the built-in flash. Outdoors, especially in bright sunlight, the camera captures vibrant and clear photos.
What is the expiration date on the film?
Each camera has an expiration date printed on the packaging. For best results, use the camera before this date.
How do I get my photos processed?
If you haven’t purchased the full experience with Mootsh:
You can go to any local retail or online photography shop that processes film or email us info@mootsh.com if you need recommendations!
How do I print my photos?
If you haven’t purchased the full experience with Mootsh:
You can have your film processed and scanned to any local retail or online analogue photography shop. Once your films are scanned, feel free to print your photos using your Mootsh membership or subscribing to Mootsh
Can I return the camera or get a refund?
At this time, we do not offer returns, and all sales are final.

What is the Mootsh Disposable Camera | Full Experience?
The Mootsh Disposable Camera | Full Experience is a user-friendly, vintage-style camera that comes with 27 exposures and a flash. It offers a complete film photography journey, including film processing, scanning, and printing services.
What does the Full Experience package include?
The package includes a 27-shot KODAK 400 color film disposable camera with flash, a pre-labeled envelope for easy return, film processing and scanning service, and 10 complimentary Mootsh prints redeemable on our website.
How do I get my photos processed?
Once you've used up all the exposures available on your camera, you can send it back to use using the the provided return envelope and shipping label. Once we receive your camera, we will process the film and scan all your images. We will email you the scans along with the instructions on how to redeem 10 prints on our website
How long does it take to receive my photos?
Your film will be developed and scanned in our Los Angeles lab. The scans, delivered as print-ready JPGs via email, will be available within 7 days of receiving your camera.
How do I print my photos?
After sending your camera back to Mootsh (using the provided return envelope and shipping label), you’ll receive your scans along with instructions on how to redeem your 10 free prints on our website Mootsh.com
